This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven Administrative experience at a senior level with an interest in Marketing and Sales to learn more about this area.

You will act as first point of telephone contact for employers and learners and will be key in helping the team run efficiently.  You will provide a full administrative service for the team, including helping the Business Training Consultants meet their sales targets and supporting marketing activities including work on the College prospectus, events and shows.  You will be customer focussed, creative and take a practical approach.

You will have:

·         A relevant qualification at Level 3 and/or equivalent level of knowledge/experience

·         Proven experience in a wide range of administration procedures

·         Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines

·         Effective communication skills

We are looking for someone to work with trainee teachers and College staff who are undertaking teaching qualifications as part of the wider curriculum offer for Higher Education at the College.

You will have:

·         An ordinary or higher degree

·         An IFL endorsed teaching qualification (i.e. DTLLS/PGCE (FE) or CertEd)

  •   Experience of Teaching and Training

In addition, ideally you will have:

·         An understanding of ‘Safeguarding’ and its importance within the College

  •   Proven organisational, communication & IT skills
  •   Experience of Initial Teacher Training
  •   A Subject Learning Coach qualification
