This course is suitable for beginners, improvers and CPD. An experienced Teacher guides your learning of this very popular health and relaxation Therapy in a day filled with useful techniques including relaxing 'hands on' giving and receiving treatments. This is a wonderful day to remember. Please bring a cushion, hand towel, wet wipes and water to drink. Lunch is not provided. Food & drink will be available at College cafe.
