The workshops for improvers offer students the opportunity to build on their existing basic skills of cutting and grinding glass, foiling, and soldering. These days are stand-alone so students can enrol for one or more of the Improvers workshops. A different theme is introduced for each workshop where students are encouraged to produce an imaginative panel. The emphasis is on creativity and fun, there will be a range of coloured and textured glass and other materials available. All the tools will be provided. Students will need to bring: cotton apron, tea towel or similar cloth, small scissors, pins, plasters. An additional fee of £5 will need to be made to the tutor at the workshop to cover the cost of materials. Lunch is not provided
