The learners experience a range of activities in Animal Care, Horticulture, Conservation, Life Skills and Sport.Course contents

- Independent Living Skills
- Engaging with the world around you
What qualifications do I need?
Each applicant is individually assessed through an informal interview. Additional Learning Support is available if required.

Welding - An Introduction (8 week)

This is a 8 week practical course for those wanting to learn the basic methods of MIG and MMA (manual metal arc) welding. Students will be shown how to use equipment safely and how to carry out basic welding joints to steel. Steel toe capped shoes and safety overalls must be worn for this course. Course cost reflects maximum of 8 students and includes materials. On satisfactory completion of the course, you will be awarded an Otley College Certificate of Attendance.See details...
