This course is aimed at beginners but those with any previous experience will not be disappointed! It offers you the chance to decorate your own cake; whether you choose to do a Christmas, Birthday, Valentines, Wedding or christening cake, all ideas will be welcomed in class. You will be provided with a fruit cake recipe and list of materials to bring with you. Some materials and tools will be provided by your tutor. You will be shown a number of different sugar craft techniques and leave at the end of the day with a fantastic cake you have made and decorated yourself!
