Aim of course
The Level 2 Diploma in Floristry is an ideal course for those seeking a career in floristry and is highly recognised in the industry.
What does the course involve?
This course will run on one day per week for two years. Students will be required to carry out research for assignment work in conjunction with producing a wide range of practical design work. Course contents
This exciting part-time practically based course allows students to experience both the more traditional styles as well as modern trends and includes some work experience. Students will learn the skills and tecniques to make a wide range of designs as well as studying colour and design principles and display. The purchasing of plant and flowering materials along with their care and conditioning is also included.What equipment do I need?
Students will need to purchase workbox materials and flowers and foliages on a weekly basis. Students will also need files, pens pencils etc.What can I do after the course?
Students can progress to further floristry courses or to work in the industry.
