Without a skilled workforce the country will not be able to compete in the global market place with the newly emerging countries.
There are three partners in Train To Gain: the Training Provider, The Skills Broker and the LSC. Otley College is a recognised Train To Gain Training Provider which means we can deliver a wide range of training solutions for employers and businesses both locally and nationally.
We have a skilled team of Business Training Consultants who can visit your company and undertake a Training Needs Analysis to help identify which training packages your staff need.
The Skills Brokers can also provide this service independently along with other benefits such as a wage compensation scheme to allow employers greater flexibility.
The LSC provides funding for some of the training programmes to ensure the working population reach a minimum skills level in line with the rest of the developed world economy.
