Tutor:Julia Wood 10:00am to 4:00pm 21 April 2012 or 8 June 2012Learn simple and easy techniques that can help you feel more relaxed and in control of life. Learn how stress affects the body, and how relaxation techniques can help to combat stress in a positive and effective way. This is a calming, magical and uplifting day for complete beginners and improvers alike. Please bring a cushion and water to drink. Lunch is not provided. Food & drink will be available at College cafe.
