Feeling stressed? Come along to this much-needed relaxation day, and enjoy learning a simple, yet deeply relaxing Hand Reflexology routine with aromatherapy creams. The day will consist of demonstrations, discussions and handouts. This workshop is suitable for complete beginners and improvers. Please bring a small cushion and a hand towel to this course.
