Aim of course
Tutor:Abby Roots 10:00am to 3:30pm 2 October 2010 or 4 December 2010 or 26 March 2011 or 11 June 2011This course is aimed at beginners but those with any previous experience will not be disappointed! It offers you the chance to decorate your own cake; whether you choose to do a Christmas, Birthday, Valentines, Wedding or christening cake, all ideas will be welcomed in class. You will be provided with a fruit cake recipe and list of materials to bring with you. Some materials and tools will be provided by your tutor. You will be shown a number of different sugar craft techniques and leave at the end of the day with a fantastic cake you have made and decorated yourself!
