Aim of course
This practical course is for those wanting to learn the basic skills of plastering. Students will be shown how to use the correct tools and equipment safely. Focusing on DIY, students will be using lime and sand mortar, backing plasters and finish plasters. Floating and skimming will be covered. All students will need overalls and steel toe capped footwear. No tools and materials are needed as this is all provided by the College. On satisfactory completion of the course, you will be awarded an Otley College Certificate of Attendance. This is a 6 week course.What does the course involve?
