Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:

1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of Otley College employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase is necessary.
3. Entry to the prize draw is free.  Only one entry per person.  The draw will take place on 3 September 2010.  Otley College reserve the right to revise this date and regularity of when they run this prize draw.
4. One completed entry will be drawn at random and will receive a Leisure Learning course of their choice, subject to availability and as featured in the Leisure Learning brochure.  The winner will be notified in writing within 14 days of the draw date.
5. The prize is as stated; there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.  The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The winner’s name will be available by sending a SAE to Otley College (address below) within 1 month of the draw date.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or suspend, change or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances beyond their control.
8. Entrants are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions by entering the Prize Draw.
9. The winner agrees to participate in any publicity in connection with the promotion (no compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities).
10. English Law applies and the English courts will have jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
